I am working with Wayfair this year as part of their Home Experts panel and my first collaboration with them was to create a gallery wall with them and the post is here if you missed it.
Wayfair asked me to pick six things that I loved from their website and if you have ever browsed their site, you will know that to narrow it down to six is a tough job as there are just so many nice things. In the end, I came up with these six wonderful things that would all be perfect in our house.
A stunning rug which would be perfect to complete the living room and hide a much-worn carpet beneath it. A simple but stylish desk with enough space for a laptop and homework. A bookcase big enough to hold anything and everything and a chair so comfortable that you just have to curl up and read in it. A fun tent for play or quiet time and a glorious clock finishes the collection. Take a look and let me know what you think.
Vintage Multi-Coloured Area Rug
I love this rug as the colours and patterns are so vibrant and it would add a burst of colour to any living room and it would be perfect with neutral colours.
If you are short on space but want a desk that is functional yet still looks stylish, this desk would be perfect. It has space for a computer or laptop and drawers to store away your office essentials.
When you have a family, storage is always needed and a wall to ceiling bookcase can hold books, storage boxes filled with toys, games, ornaments or a bit of everything.
Aztec Wigwam Play Tent
Children love play tents and this gorgeous wigwam would be great to use inside and out. Outside it can be a den, somewhere to have a picnic or a place to chill out, inside it could be a reading corner or a place to store soft toys.
50cm Analogue Wall Clock
This is the perfect clock. Big, bold and with real Parisian style, it would look great in so many rooms.
Alton Slipper Chair
I have been looking for a chair for my study for months and this chair is simply perfect. It comes in great colours and looks comfortable and stylish.
If you like the look of my favourites, why not visit Wayfair and make a list of your own, there is plenty of inspiration for every room in the house.
