Wrapping presents with wrap.me

December 3, 2014 in photography, Reviews, Stationery

Instagram is a favourite place of mine.  I lose hours daily either messing around with photos of my own before publishing them or browsing though other people’s photos.  As social media platforms go, I think Instagram is one of the nicest; there are very few words, lots and lots of lovely photos of anything from what people had for tea to cute baby photos to idyllic sunsets.  It is a gentle mix of loveliness.  My stream is an eclectic mix of skies, cake, flowers and my children and I love looking back though them.

The idea of creating something special with those photos is the perfect idea.  I take so many photos that I find that my Instagram feed is a natural collection of my favourite photos each week and it makes choosing photos so much easier.  As soon as I saw wrap.me, I knew that I would love it.  The concept is very simple, you use your favourite photos to make gorgeous personalised wrapping paper and you can use photos from your computer, Facebook or Instagram.

Wrap.me

Like a kid in a sweet shop, I couldn’t wait to have a go and I was even more excited that I could use some of my precious Instagram photos. Making the paper is really simple, decide where you want to get your photos from, click to upload, choose black, white or no borders on your paper and decide if you want a single sheet or a small or large roll of paper.  It could not be any easier and the results are stunning.

Uploading to Wrap.me

You can upload up to 30 images and it is fun to try different combinations of photos as just a few photos can be just as effective as using thirty. The paper arrived quickly and I am so pleased with the results.  The paper has a lovely quality feel to it and it would be the perfect accompaniment to any present.

Wrap.me sheet

It is my husband’s 40th birthday next week and I am endeavouring to give him 40 presents on the day and I know that his paper will help to make the present stash even better.

wrap.me roll

Wrap.me photo wrapping paper is currently available in single sheets (65cm x 45cm) for £4.99, small rolls (65cm x 1.8m) for £9.99 and
large rolls (65cm x 3m) for £14.99.  Whether you are looking for some special wrapping paper for Christmas or birthdays, I think you may have just found the perfect thing.

Wrap.me - Photo Wrapping Paper

I was sent two sheets of wrap.me paper for the purpose of the review.  I bought a large roll of wrap.me paper as I like it so much.  all opinions are my own.
