When the boys were three and a half, we took them to a professional photographer for some ‘special’ photos that we could keep and share with family. They are gorgeous photos as it is that lovely age where they are changing from chubby faced toddlers into ‘big’ children and I get a lot of pleasure looking at the photos on my walls.
Since A came along, I have taken so many more photos and the three and a half point seems to have come around a lot quicker. My husband asked if we needed to get a professional photo of her as we have so many lovely photos already, but I was adamant that we should as the local studio that we use is really fantastic.
So at the beginning of the summer holidays, we all went in to the studio, A was suitably dressed up for the occasion in her favourite party dress and we even managed to convince her brothers to have a few photos with her. I am so glad that we did as the photos are simply beautiful; really timeless.
About three days after I had received the disc with the photos on, I received an email from Photobox asking me if I would like to review one of their products. Talk about perfect timing. I really wanted to use one of these beautiful photos to put up on the wall and I was advised that the Acrylic Prints were amazing, so that is what I chose.
The quality of the photo is fantastic but what makes this product so amazing is the 6mm polished acrylic which makes the photo really stand out. Everyone who has seen the photo so far has stopped and made a positive comment about how lovely it it; even the children love it. It has fixings attached on the back, so it is really easy hang too.

That looks fantastic! I’d love a canvas print of my kids, but there’s no room in our small house! Will definitely get one when we move though.
