My husband is from Wales and even though he speaks perfect(ish) English, there are some words that he uses that are quite unusual. One of them is cushion. He calls them pillows. I tell him that pillows are for sleeping on, they are rectangular. These are cushions. He doesn’t listen though and over the years, we have had many discussions about it.
I love cushions, a sofa needs lots of cushions as not only do they look nice, they are comfortable and useful for throwing at people. My poor old cushion are looking really quite sorry for themselves. They get sat on, thrown, bashed, spilt on and generally mistreated and I keep looking at them in shame thinking that I could really do with something new.
I didn’t even know that it was possible to get a cushion with a photo on until last week when Photo Panda contacted me about doing a review. They do a huge range of different photo products with some perfect gifts for the home such as blankets, chopping boards, make-up bags and cushions; incorporating one or a collage of your favourite photos.
The thought of a new cushion immediately appealed as did a new way of displaying some new photos. I had been thinking about what to do with the school photos this year as we had a’s first school photo, a lovely photo of L with his sister, L’s last primary photo and R’s first secondary school photo. You can choose a faux suede cushion or a canvas cushion and both are available in three sizes’ small, large and extra-large.
Having decided on which photos to use, I went on to the Photo Panda website and I found the site easy to navigate and easy to use. You upload your photos, place them in the order you want if you are doing a collage, crop the photos to suit the design and once you are happy, add to order. It is so simple, it takes a few minutes.
A few days later, my Photo Panda cushion arrived and I am absolutely thrilled with it. I had chosen the large cushion (46cm x 46cm) and it is gorgeous. Made of super soft faux suede, it is well made and the quality of the photos is amazing.
I am really impressed with Photo Panda, there is a great choice of different products to choose from and the site is really easy to use. I love my new cushion and it would make the perfect present for grandparents or family members.
I was sent the cushion free of charge for the purpose of the review. All opinions are my own.

Oooh I didn’t know you could get a photo on a cushion either!! Hmmm…now I’m wondering what I could have printed on it! 🙂
No I didn’t either but it would make a brilliant present for someone
That is such a good idea – especially with those otherwise quite boring school photos!
