I have been using Funky Pigeon for cards and gifts for many years and I have always been happy with the quality and quick service that they provide. There is always a great range to choose from and this Christmas is no different with some fantastic gift ideas to suit everyone. I particularly like their range of personalised gifts and I was able to sample a couple of gift ideas for myself.
With such an extensive range, it was difficult to choose two things but the one gift idea that stood out immediately was the personalised socks. These are such a fun idea and perfect to make people smile this year when they unwrap them. I decided to choose a pair for my husband as he is alway complaining that he can’t find any socks and I knew that not only would he love the idea of personalised socks, but these would always be clearly visible amongst his sea of black (yawn) socks.
I chose a photo of our gorgeous puppy Liberty the Labrador for the photo and I can tell you that when I opened the package, I was certainly smiling. Bright green, totally festive with lots of tiny santa hat-wearing Libertys all over them, these socks are amazing. Of course you could choose a photo of the recipient, photos of the children or yourself. You can even choose to use four different photos if you want to. I was really impressed by the quality of the photo on the socks. My daughter and I absolutely love them, they are so soft too so I imagine that they will be really comfortable to wear and perfect to keep those toes toasty on Christmas Day.

It is quite rare these days that I get a decent photo of my children together. The teens may take many photos of themselves but they don’t particularly like appearing in mine. A trip to Legoland in the summer holidays gave me the rare opportunity to get a lovely photo of my three youngest children and I really wanted a gift that would show off that photo. I am a bit of a fan of photo blocks as I love the effect of them, so I chose the Acrylic Photo Block as not only is it a lovely way to show off a favourite photo but these blocks also contain either silver glitter or red love hearts so that when you shake the block, it is filled with glitter, a bit like in a snow globe.
The quality of the photo block is really good and this would make a lovely and unusual way of gifting your favourite photo for family of friends.
