1. Tour Sri Mahamariamman Temple

2. Visit the Petronas Towers
The tallest set of twin towers in the world has a unique combination of modern design accented with Islamic features. Visitors can tour the towers and walk across the bridge that is 170 meters above the ground. As a tourist, you can visit the Skybridge, Observation Deck, and gift shop.
3. See the Bird Park
The Kuala Lumpur Bird Park is a must-see spot with over 3,000 birds in 20 acres of land. This park is one of the largest public aviaries on the planet. It focuses on educating the public about the importance of birds and conserving their populations around the world. Most of the birds are species local to Malaysia.
4. Shop at the Central Market
There are several places to shop, including Suria KLCC, but the Central Market offers more than just shopping. When you shop here, you get to be fully immersed in Malaysian culture. This market began as a place for locals to buy food, but now it includes locally made arts, crafts, and souvenirs. When you need a break from bargaining and haggling, go upstairs to eat a variety of street foods and watch local street performers.
5. Eat at Hutong
Food courts are all the rage in Kuala Lumpur, but the one at Hutong is by far the best. Street vendors are asked to sell their dishes there, so you know that you are getting the best in town. When you eat at Hutong, you get to enjoy local food like noodles, dumplings, and seafood.
6. Climb the Batu Caves
After you’ve spent time among the crowds in town, take a side trip to Selangor and the Batu Caves. These cliffs are popular for Malaysian Hindus who make pilgrimages to the limestone cliffs. You’ll see bats and monkeys, and there are over 160 climbing trails for visitors to get deep into the caves.
7. Hang out at the Golden Triangle
When night arrives, it’s time to enjoy the activities at the Golden Triangle. Whether you shop, drink, dance, or socialize, you can do it until the sun comes back up. There are several streets that meet up to make the Golden Triangle which makes the hottest nightspot for locals and tourists, alike.
