One of the highlights of our recent trip to Walt Disney World was when my daughter was able to meet Ariel. She loves the Little Mermaid and ever since she was very small, she has been mesmerised by the films.
As both birthday and Christmas fall in December, she is already making a list of the ‘must-haves’ (and it is quite an impressive list) and Ariel is featuring a lot, so when the Disney Princess Ariel Bath Styling Head arrived, she was a very happy young lady.
The Disney Princess Ariel Bath Styling Head is a fun set that can be played with in and out of the bath. The set includes Ariel, a removable shell charm necklace, two hair clips, a wear and share flower hair comb, a brush, and a sea-shell water scoop. If Ariel is being played with in the bath, there are suction cups at the back so that you can secure it to the side of the bath or tiles.
Since the arrival of Ariel, my daughter has fallen in love with bath time again as a lot of our bath toys are too young for her now and this is something that has really engaged her. Using the water scoop, you can tip cold water onto Ariel and some of her hair, her eyes and her lips all magically change colour.
My daughter loves this set and has already spent hours playing with Ariel. What I like about it is that it is a simple set that inspires creative and imaginative play. There are no batteries and as soon as it is out of the box, it is ready to be played with. We have had a styling head doll before but this is lovely as it is one of my daughter’s favourite characters and it is a very realistic likeness to Ariel too. I have enjoyed watching my daughter pretending to be Ariel’s hairdresser and I am sure that this would be a big hit with any Disney Princess fan.
