Flowers

Sweetpeas
Not the endearing nickname you would call a loved one to show your affection for them, the actual flower! Though I do understand the reason behind using it as an endearment! Mother Nature herself has made these flowers smell like pure sweetness with plenty of beautiful hues and shades. Now, why wouldn’t you want to use it as an endearment?
Anyway, back to the flower! The sweetpea is a climbing plant, unlike some of the more known flowers like a rose or a sunflower that can stand on their own because of strong stems! Marigolds
On the other spectrum of colorful flowers(with warmer colors like gold, red, and yellow), these flowers still share the same tendency with sweetpeas regarding being able to grow in any zone! Marigolds can bloom around any time of the year – except winter, of course, since extreme cold is a weakness to almost every plant!
It would be best if you planted these wonderful flowers in an area that gets the sun’s full treatment. No shade whatsoever should come into contact with the marigolds while growing – a bit of an exaggeration, but you get the point. A great benefit to growing marigolds is that they can ward away mosquitoes and germinate from the seed rather quickly!
Succulents
If the only succulent you have in your mind is cacti, then you should read up on the succulents coming up. Almost all succulents are excellent easy-care plants that are great for those who would love to care for low-maintenance plants. Succulents are plants that store water in their leaves, giving the leaves a thicker and fleshier look. This function means succulents can survive long periods of droughts, excellent for busy/low maintenance people!
Aloe Vera
Probably the more popular succulent after cacti because of its bountiful health benefits and cosmetic uses! Though they’re probably of the less aesthetic succulents to own, they still do look pretty great in any setting at home – though keep them away from places with high traffic. The leaves of the aloe vera grow out long in a vase shape so it can get in the way when walking.
Keep in mind that you are growing succulents, so it’s best to let them thrive in dry conditions so keep them away from all of the moistness that comes with humidity and rain. Up next is watering. After you’ve watered the succulent well and deep, do not water it again for another 2 or 3 days. Try to keep watch of the temperatures outside. Try to keep the aloe in around 60-70 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sempervivum
You’ve probably seen a video or a photograph of these succulents since their flowery overview looks quite stunning. Suppose you’re looking for even lower maintenance plants when taking care of succulents. In that case, sempervivums are most definitely for you since their growing conditions are only limited by sunlight and good water drainage.
The beauty of sempervivums is that they grow into such elegant plants with an almost floral bloom without effort and fussy details, unlike when taking care of orchids. There’s not much to say about succulents since they almost always require the same conditions to grow well: Plenty of sunlight, good drainage, around 70 degrees Fahrenheit, little moisture.
