Easy White Chocolate and Marshmallow Krispie Cakes

June 23, 2012 in Cooking

I’m not sure that this really could be classed as a recipe as it is so easy, but A and I made them today and everyone loved them, so I thought I would share.

Ingredients

150 g white chocolate (we bought the supermarket own brand cooking version)
250 – 300 g Rice Krispies
a handful of mini marshmallows
12 cake cases

1.  Firstly, melt the white chocolate over a pan of boiling water.

2.  Pour in the mini marshmallows

3.  Mix in the Rice Krispies and make sure that they are well coated in the chocolate

4.  Spoon the mixture into the cake cases and press the mixture down gently with the back of the spoon

5.  Put the cakes in the fridge to cool and set for at least one hour.
