Eating better isn’t just about losing weight. In fact, you might never be ‘thin’, but eating a healthier diet is about so much more than that. The right diet should contain a healthy balance of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, and you should also consider your portion size more carefully to stop you from eating more than you need. Adding plenty of fruit and vegetables to your plate can help you to fuel your body with essential vitamins and minerals. Eating well can help you feel great on the inside, helping you feel more positively on the outside.

Banish unhealthy habits

Unhealthy habits can not only damage your health, but they can provide you with a bit of a crutch to fall back on when you’re feeling down or stressed. You should cut down on drinking, as well as give up smoking to improve both your long-term and short-term health.
